September 2020 Newsletter

Dear fellow members, friends, and families,

As you’re aware, due to the Covid-19 pandemic it has been impossible to have our monthly meetings. Also, because of these uncertain times and regulations on limited gatherings, we had to postpone our 70th Anniversary Gala to next year, October 23rd, 2021.

However, The Societa’ is still maintaining its traditions to honor our heritage and help our members’ children to achieve their dreams of higher education.

We are still publishing the 2020 Journal to mark our 70th year and fund the Scholarships.

We want to thank all the members and friends that already sent in their ads and donations. If you have not done so already, please use the attached Journal Contract. The deadline is Monday October 19, 2020.

As soon as it’s published, copies of the Journal will be available in person or by mail.

For the 51st straight year, The Scholarship Committee is awarding the 2020 scholarships to the following recipients:

Brianna Marie Arnold

Melanie Friedman

Lydia Gaccione
